Choose your path to harmony

yoga level 1

Slow-paced class focusing on basic poses such as Downward-Facing Dog, Warrior 1, Plank, and Cobra. The names are explained in English and Sanskrit, with attention paid to alignment and breathing. Ideal for building a solid foundation and developing body awareness.

yoga level 2

Moderate intensity: Basic postures are linked with more fluid movements (Vinyasa) and more dynamic rhythms. Mudras, pranayama, and bandhas are introduced, in addition to posture variations such as Half Moon, Eagle, gentle inversions, and arm balances.

yoga level 3

Challenging classes focus on advanced poses such as handstands, deep backbends, and challenging balances (e.g., Crow, Crane, Eight-Angle). Alignment mastery and self-awareness are required to consciously explore physical limits.
